I found it helpful to take screenshots of all my trades (wins and losses), post them in a word document and type out the process of that trade. I’ll add trend lines and arrows and even circle things on the chart. This really drills it in to my head so I don’t keep making the same mistakes. It also refines my trading strategy because I see what’s working and what isn’t.

New 61 yr old sub here. As a retired (at 48) business owner ( producing and managing 4mm per yr) I can say that this young man has it down.
