I found it helpful to take screenshots of all my trades (wins and losses), post them in a word document and type out the process of that trade. I’ll add trend lines and arrows and even circle things on the chart. This really drills it in to my head so I don’t keep making the same mistakes. It also refines my trading strategy because I see what’s working and what isn’t.

Love the video as always, I guess for the most part I have my signature trades, entries, and exits down, and my market has been forex.
