If you guys like my setup and want to see anything else (or have question), just let me know! I'd love to produce more tech related content (if I have the following/interests).

Congrats on your purchase! Which components did you purchase, and what is the purpose of your build (gaming, productivity, etc.)?

@@DJSt3rling to edit 4k+ resolution and not have to wait a day to edit ... My MacBook prok 15in touch bar 2700 dollar model was supposed to be a 4k editing machine but instead it is just a fast SSD and pretty with not much umphfff for my needs. 3790x , gigabyte aorus extreme MB, 1TB pci 4.0 m.2, 128GB 32x4 ram, waiting on 3080 if it comes... I have an old 550ti! Prob won't be good to move it from my Intel Sandy Bridge i7 (2600k 2011 build), basically need it to run my GNS3 labs, editing 4k-8K and everything else in between.

@@ABUNDANCEandBEYONDATHLETE Okay, I used to use a Mac Powerbook Pro. I *barely* used it, and it got slow all on its own over the years. I mean, literally, might have turned it on 50 times for casual web surfing and note taking in college. After that disappointment, I sold all of my Apple products. iPads, iPods, laptops, everything! Nothing against the company. I've just had terrible luck with them. And for the cost, I can obtain much more performance and reliability. Your new setup sounds like an absolute BEAST (from the parts list). I'll be honest.. for video rendering, using CUDA support, my CPU only ramps up to 50% and my video card is at about 15%. I wonder if I can dial it up to get even quicker rendering... I'll have to research hardware settings. 3970x get to about 55 degrees C. If you have time, try this: Render a LARGE project (maybe 10-20GB+) on your old setup. Then render again on your new setup. Would be curious to hear your improvement. That is a good real-world bench mark for me.

@@ABUNDANCEandBEYONDATHLETE Also, I haven't rendered a 8k video yet. I believe Premiere can upscale 4k. But I haven't tried. Have you?

Yea, she's a beast! An extreme amount of performance for such a small, minimal setup!
