Tim, to the left of the Broad Street bridge and just beyond it was Baker Bowl, home of the Phillies from 1887-1938. There was an outfield wall billboard that said, "The Phillies use Lifebuoy." Legend has it that someone snuck in one night in 1935 and painted, "And they still stink," on the billboard!

nice video! you'll have plenty of chances to do the harrisburg rear view. you don't even have to sit in the last few rows, as long as you have your stuff somewhere in the car you're alright. when I did the ride westbound my stuff was 3 cars down and didn't have any problem since I was seat checked out of New York (though I did have to rescan my ticket after moving to the rear view so they knew I wasn't fare evading or something).

"Adversity" might've worked as the rhyme with University. (loved the poetry and references to Connie Mack and '80 Phils) But I digress. My second ride on SEPTA Regional Rail was on Lansdale/Doylestown Line on the very day of this video! And, I am only riding on these trains because of your videos, RRHG. My brother and I went for a meal at the Rittenhouse Grill and met at Lansdale for the 3:3Xpm ride to Suburban Station. (walked to the restaurant) After dinner, while waiting in Suburban for our train, I played one of your SEPTA videos for him. Missed it by that much! (the shadows suggested that you were on an earlier train) SLVs on the way to dinner, SLIVs on the return. Again, would not know any of this without your videos.
