Salute Fleece and Big Lee!!! I used to work at Mecklenburg in VA. Fleece is right about the administration finding out what's going on between inmates or convicts, and staff. There was an inmate who worked in the warehouse who was messing with a male officer. The assistant warden got word and walked over, and when he walked in, another inmate gave him a nod, and he busted the officer on his knees giving the inmate some skull 💀 and the officer tried to say he was tickling the inmate.

You know what? I have always wondered how a CO armed with Pepper Spray and a whistle has that much control over a hundred inmates. It was baffling to me until I heard what Fleece said about them being brainwashed. I don't know if that's the only reason but I do believe it's one of the reasons. So I put it into the context of why some slaves tried to run and some didn't. I think one reason was because they were so intimidated. The other reason was because they didn't have anywhere to go. They were in a strange land brainwashed by the massa. Prison is nothing but a legal concrete prison with people in there who don't have anywhere to go. They stay because it's a roof, a bed, and some dog food to eat. It's really so sad because prisons were built to get that slave labor that was outlawed and some of them have nowhere to go.

In California CDC an inmate can file a 602 form for injuries received by prison staff. I saw a Correctional Officer lose his Home to and inmate falling out a pickup truck just horse 🐎 playing. He didn't fall hard but the guard got set up! Inmates especially when leaving prison look for ways to be compensated usually by receiving injuries or corruption with free staff or CO'S and Administration.

I don't know if it is this way in Kentucky, but in most states and in the federal system. if a guard or prison employee of any type has sexual relationships with an inmate, they are charged with GRape. Regardless if the act was totally consensual...it is considered GRape. Maybe that is the case in this situation. Another thought I had was that maybe a guy got caught humping the chaplain and to save his reputation, he is crying that he was violated. Who knows. I just started the video. I'm sure you guys will get into the details. But those are my first two thought. 1. dude is being charged on a technicality..or 2, it is reputation saving move.
