Aaron and Jay, always a special place in my heart. Taro and Paul massive respect. But the Konrad's they have my back because my brother passed away a few years back, and despite three years apart you couldn't tell us apart. The one thing we always had in common is fishing. No matter how different our path was, we always remembered growing up in the north woods together and always waiting for the next cast. When the epic music kicked in and I saw that brown jump all I could think about was my brother. Best of luck Konrad's! My brother is with you! And good luck to the rest of the competitors, you're some of the best anglers I've ever seen!

23:55 That is 100% a light colored BLACK crappie. White crappie will have vertical bars. I used to make this mistake too, but after fishing for crappie for many years and catching both, they are really easy to tell apart. The overall hue of the fish means nothing. Black have a confused/random assortment of dark speckles and white have a vertical bar coloration. EDIT: 34:57 This is a white crappie. Notice the vertical bars?
