@15:41 Jay Siemans, "Don't quote that statistic because 65% of statistics are made up on the spot." Jay, that's one of the funniest, most ironic quotes I've ever heard. That should end up in Brainy Quote. It's that good. Love a dry sense of humor. One I came up with is: "Lord give me patience... and give it to me right now."

Snagalishus Man Manny is definitely hilarious but Jay is definitely not a step down. I’ve followed his channel for years and his content has such great editing and cinematography. Many people don’t realize that he was a part of the first 39 hours but just behind the camera. You also would be hard-pressed to find a more likeable person. Aaron needed Jay on board to help with editing. Also Manny lives in Saskatchewan so it’s just easier to organize this way.

Maybe the most stressful episode yet...the pressure is intense. Thank goodness team USA is just having fun and trying to relax. Seriously though, we would love to see them put some points up. Paul and Taro...absolutely massive threat on Simcoe, but will they pull it together? Seems like Paul wants to lead...is that distracting Taro? He seems easily rocked by the second guessing. Hoping big things for them in the final episode. Western dominance continues, and watching SK and MB put their game faces on is impressive. Or are they just in zombie mode? Waiting till next Wednesday seems impossible. Probably have to rewatch the whole series just to make it through.

Late to comment but I always carry about a one foot long 6”x6” wood block when towing a tandem axle trailer. Just pull or back the good tire on the block and it lifts that side up, no messing around with jacks and it seems to be faster and safer than most jacks. Also, I didn’t get a good look at your axle but if you have room you can wrap a ratchet strap or chain and binder around the axle tube and your frame to lift that tire up enough to limp it to the next fishing spot!

This is my absolute favourite youtube series. Im from northern sweden so canada is so similar to sweden but you have like 4 times the amount of species of fish to catch. Canadians and swedes fish very similar. What i hate is that swedish fishing channels and the more famous fishermans are being sponsored to promote the more american type of fishing where you have to have 5+ rods with you all the time cause they wanna sell more rods and reels. I would rather have 1 really good rod than have 5+ rods that you have to bring everywhere. Right now i have 1 rod for perch and 1 for pike and even that is a pain in the ass.

The angle of approach speaks of the attitudes towards interacting with wild animals....essentially, this is what fisher-folk do. You can own a variety of tools, and not be promoting corporations at the same time--its just in attitude and presentation. Good observation however...

I love this show but I find all the negative comments odd as the likelyhood is none of us could out fish any of them.

I definitely could out fish team acme, by myself!! They made such bad choices as where and what to fish for. Ap is just a bass guy and not very good at that and Eric is a trout guy. Neither one is really a multi species angler.

I think if I had spent all my time on the Wisconsin river I would have more points than Acme right now, but i could def be wrong about that

What the hell is team Acme doing??? Such a waste of time trying for a 10in bluegill. Horrible strategy.

Team acme should’ve went to Okachee instead of what looks like Pine lake. Just left of landing plenty of largies and small muskies. I catch them non stop in early June. I’m surprised by some of the lake choices, but maybe it’s all about being comfy with the lakes in that area. It’s easy for me to say because I grew up and fished those lakes for 40 years. Pine does have tons of rockos and smallies. But they already have that bronze back point and won’t beat 22” there.
