My toggle is so loose you can easily slide it out. I have pulled it as tight as I can. How can I fix tbis it is it normal?

This is not helpful at all for less experienced harpists, and your strings seems to be way easier to tighten unlike mine. Hopefully you can make another video for beginners with a gut string in the 5th octave
