It's beautiful, considering the cost. However, I think it would be better to just put in the stove and hob, the extra charge will not make a significant change. Plus the spiral staircase which is not there could just be put I love the wooden floors, by the way!! But how long do they last before they need refurbishment

I like the video and presentation. This tour guide is original, never tries to be anyone else but himself. Awesome accent. The house is trash. The developer has no idea how to build homes. Very poor interior workmanship. This house is not worth any money. It would not be on sale or get a occupancy permit because it would not pass inspection anywhere in the world. Only in Kenya.

The architectural decisions are a bit weird in these developments on this channel. The bathrooms are not properly sectioned, the finishings look like an afterthought, and the windows are (sorry to say) horrible. However, the pricing is very good, it's just that the workmanship undermines the end product.

The finishes are not very neat! Around the bottom of that toilet was suspect, and all of the over paint on the trim is awful 😳. I'm not going to mention the tile work, ok Don't get me wrong, the ascetic is beautiful, but the craftsmanship is lacking. Hopefully you will demand better finishing at all price points.
