I remember from previous videos one of the ladies being an excelent longbow archer. She seems to have moved on to barebow and doing just as well.

Yes, you remember correctly. Unfortunately, during the fall competition, I had an unfortunate fall and broke my elbow, so I had to stop shooting for six months :-( - I can no longer draw my longbow due to its power, so I switched to a barebow with weaker limbs.

Thank you... I hope the hand will be OK, it just needs more time - I had two bones broken directly in the joint :-(. For 3D parcours or 3D competitions we attend, the distances are unknown. We have to guess. Videos where the target distance is published afterwards are from competitions that we organized, set up, and measured the course - so we didn't compete, but filmed and took photos. We always shot for our enjoyment only after the competition.
