Our friends over at red giant gave this tip If you precompose, your 3D model, and then Click on the continuous Remaster eyes continuously rasterize button You can add effects While still keeping a 3d model

Depends on your project! For anyone doing most of their editing in AE, character animations are practical. For anyone doing entirely 3D scenes, stick with Blender
