3D Christmas Review: I, The Jury (1953)

We love over-the-top reach-outs! Love this movie, and the 3-D is phenomenal. Also, I’m surprised you didn’t mention the portrayal of Mike Hammer by Ralph Meeker in the all-time classic KISS ME DEADLY (1955); he’s my fave Hammer. But I think that Biff Elliot does quite well in the role, and the supporting cast is aces. Plus you’ve got outstanding noir cinematography by the great John Alton and music from the great Franz Waxman; I think this film is severely underrated, and am so glad we have it on eye-popping 3-D Blu.

Sadly I have not watched Kiss Me Deadly. I'll have to make it a new years resolution. Agree that this film deserves to be remembered.

Whoa, you’re gonna love Kiss Me Deadly. Absolutely incredible film. If only THAT had been in 3-D! Perhaps you can do a special guest 2-D review of it!

I didn’t realize I never really watched this film, despite starting it up a time or two. Not sure it’s on the AVP. So, I won’t be watching it any time soon, while I’m away. Back to the review…
