It should run in Android versions that are compatible with Vulkan (9+), but we recommend 11+.

You can now export any Spline scenes to Android, and it will use all the native performance. Similar to how you do it for the web, instead of WebGL, it uses Vulkan (which is the equivalent of WebGL in Android).
