3D Gaussian Splatting EASIEST Method (Tutorial)

How to capture and create 3D Gaussian Splatting scans without worrying about GPU and using command prompt? @polycam6558 recently announced their GAUSSIAN SPLAT VIEWER AND CREATOR.
