This video is fabulous. I learned so much. I want to try this, but I can't find some of the materials. Those small white sticky pieces that you remove and put on your art (then take the paper tops off so they can stick to a surface--what exactly are they called? I can't find them. Thanks again for your teaching techniques.

Thank you Betsy. The small white sticky pieces are 3D foam pads or 3D foam squares. You also can use 3D foam tape.

On 00.6 sec there is the material list. The tube thingy is actually a flexible tube from the hospital. There it is used for an infuse. You can also use a straw for is technique.

Hello Volanda. This is a ruler a bought some years ago in my hometown (in Holland) for my pachtwork and quilting projects. So lovely! Forgive me if I have asked you before but I know some people layer with hot glue, but I cannot for the life of me see how? It is such sticky stuff and fast drying, have you any idea.? Thanks in advance.

Hot glue on Yupo will not work because yupo is a kind of plastic and ithe yupo will melt and bubble under HOT glue. I mostly use paper glue (stick) on yupo.

Hai Sandra, Thanks for your compiments ! I used for this creation 250 grms yupo. This is quite thick but it works best for layering in 3D

What type of glass or protection do you use under the yupo paper while burning?

This is a plate of glass of 4 mm Thick. I bought this at a kitchen store. It is a coaster for pots and pans. You can also ask at the glass store.

What type of air tool are you using? Everything I try, heat gun, hair dryer, are too hot or too strong.

Hai Tracy. I used a flexible tube (infusion tube from the hospital) to blow over the inks. but it works also by blowing through a straw. This is the best way to controll the moving inks.

You mean the big ruler? This one is normally used for patchwork to cut the fabric.
