I downloaded this free snowflake and there is only 1 piece to the pattern. I am using the SVG file as I have a cameo. I am also using business edition. I tried to re-download, but got the same result.

Thank you for reaching out. You are correct, there is only one piece to score and cut. You would create three duplicate panels to complete the snowflake.
