*I got blobs going from a BRASS to HARD STEEL nozzle since steel does not heat evenly. FIX: I bought a mini grow tent on amazon and put my printer inside it which keeps all the dust out AND the hot-air in the tent keeps the incoming PLASTIC and nozzle warmer. Just making the nozzle hotter will not work like a "HOTBOX" does.*

Have you tried a different sd card / usb stick, and a different slicer?
