I just ordered more or less every part out of dart had available for the Perses and kronos. The customer service, shipping and Lukes personal touch to everything is absolutely amazing very few companies can you talk to the owner of and also get him to reply to you when you ask a question or have a problem. Luke personally answered my questions and helped me through a wiring issue with the perses. He even went as far as emailing me a picture of the wiring diagram and personally drawing where I need you to wire in my parts. I was just very impressed and want everyone know what kind of business hes running and how awesome out of dart is.

You don't need larger premises for a while. You've got enough headroom to convert those racks to a dual tier installation by extending the uprights and suspending walkways between the racks. The uprights might need extra strengthening depending on the shelf loading but it's all very easily done. I used to be a salesman/designer for an industrial racking and shelving manufaturer and used to love designing that sort of installation. You can double your usable space if you've got a high enough roof like yours.

@12:11 the scientist that told you that is only part correct. An empty bin with a hole will have the same humidity, given some time. But a bin with filament will drop to almost zero humidity, and the flow of humidity into the bin is so slow, you are in fact saving your filament. The flow into the bin requires turbulence to get humidity into the box, mechanically, and osmosis to get it in there any other way. Very slow process.

For the photography and video area have you looked at overhead track mounts to reduce the tripods and stands needed for cameras and lights? With a good setup you can have marks for repeat setups to save time when you need the same shot over and over without fear of what happens if someone spills something or hitting a tripod when sweeping. Have seen as simple as a cut up sheet of plywood to make the track using 45 degree cuts for the part to ride in to as complicated as a monorail setup for a moving shot. Any thoughts on resin casting for mass produced parts? Lots of pigment and additive options for fun effects like glitter in a semi transparent part using the same base resin and some simple silicone molds.

We have found that with a production on a scale like ours, having a single make and model of printer -- with a single slicing profile and a single set of replacement parts, helps keep us running as close to 24/7 as possible. In an article they wrote that they do it manually via SD cards because they have to do manual individual work anyway, like removing the print, cleaning the printer etc. I wonder if Prusa published their farm printing firmware by now(Josef Prusa said they'd do that in some video once), they have a pretty neat system where the printers run a custom connected firmware and every finished print automatically updates the part database.
