Thanks for the feedback! We tend to agree on wall thickness, but it gets complicated depending on the failure mode. As long as the infill resists crushing and buckling, it usually does fine with sparse fill. For an open hook, where there is a lot of shear through the hook throat, it gets a lot more complicated. We'll keep testing and see what else we can learn.

Change the infill on the horizontal hook, to a 3D pattern, the grid infill is useless in that orientation.

Thank you for the suggestion! We tried to explore as many variables as we could without making this video too long, but we are seeing a lot of requests to investigate the impact of infill. We'll pass that along to the team for future projects.

@@MLCCADSystems I recommend testing infill with TPU cubes. You can physical feel and test them for hands on experience and the samples will never be destroyed, so you can quickly come back to them without need for reprints and tests.
