There are 2 solutions to the bolt thing 1. Lubricate 2. Add a stronger spring to the bolt but if you do get the classic garland thumb it will hurt more than the stock one

@@FazbearEntertainment984 there are airsoft spring pistols of good quality for collectors that cost like dart blasters, I have 3 and had them for years and they have never given me any problems.

@@FazbearEntertainment984 well yes it is true, if you are more interested in shooting than the gun itself then the dart blasters will be ok even if they're not all that accurate, for example I prefer to disassemble, modify, look and handle the guns so I chose the airsoft. everyone is different and has different needs

Lubricating an smoothening the surfaces that move with respect to each other helps to reduce the friction a lot ;)

Wet sanding, with fine grit sand paper in the direction of motion will improve surface finish.

To help the bolt sliding be stronger, maybe make a longer lever from the trigger area and use springs to reset the trigger itself or the lever activated by the trigger. Basically, have a longer lever push the bolt back and forth and put a spring that pushes the trigger itself into a forward position.

I cannot manage to load a full clip with 8 bullets to the receiver, it simply won't fit and if i try pieces get broken. Also, the receiver won't eject the last 2 bullets cause it will lock as there were no bullets. I tried changing the springs tension many times. My reproduction is 100% accurate to the 3d model measures.

Did you sand down the parts? Even though the tolerances have been taken into consideration by the designer, it still wouldn't hurt to sand down the pieces smooth for better fit and have less friction with the moving parts.

I don't know the specifics of this one, but it looks like it preloads tension in a spring or those rubber bands with the trigger, and then at some point in travel, the bolt mech is unlocked and releases that built up tension to cycle the bolt back
