I have the same problem with my ender 3 v3 se but it happens after seam I made my retraction almost perfect and become less appearing but still on some models its just very ugly. And its jot temperature, speed, retraction, dry filament. Its something in extruder after the seam

If you use orca you should try to play with seam settings

@donmarkon nah its not that. Its either something mechanical, either other slicer setting but not seam setting
