3D Printed Brass Processing Tool

Yep, another 3D printed reloading tool... I am loving this!!!!!!! It is saving me a ton of money and allowing me to expand my capabilities reloading!

He has a PDF file that has links to all the parts that you need in the file download tab.
I did take some short cuts and decided not to use some of the items he used but it still does the job. I used a remix on the main gear, the top plate and the cover (they are listed in the remix tab of his design). I remixed/changed them in Tinkercad to meet my needs/wants.
You can use the 100 rpm motor he suggested(which is what I used) or you can speed it up with the 150rpm or 200rpm motor. I would highly suggest that you use some sort of motor speed controller with the higher speed motors.
There are also two 6 station remixes of his design.

The commercial ones were way out of what I could afford... this one is just right and I believe it will last just as long if not longer... I can reprint anything that does break. Thanks

Thanks! 3D printing has changed my reloading world in big ways! I got into it because I wanted a Dillon type case feeder and bullet feeder set up for my LoadMaster... and I have never looked back! Take care

It was too cool to pass up. I think that it will last as long as any Lyman, RCBS or Frankford Arsenal. I printed it heavy duty and the only part I am not overly sure of is the motor... but the motor is stronger then what is really needed... overkill. Thanks!

The prices on the printers has dropped dramatically since I bought my used printer for $90... you can get a new decent printer for $125 on sale... this same printer was well over $200 just 6 months ago. But the know going in the learning curve can be a steep one...and the rabbit hole is deep! LOL

@@papasplace2. . yep, that has been my hang-up about taking the plunge. The learning curve and all the ancillary hardware and materials that must be added to be able to 'print' effectively. Curious, do you have a channel on the site Odysee? If you do make one, I'd be happy to support you on that platform. Just a thought. I'm trying to de-google and de-microsoft my life. I'm currently on a Linux journey. Debian 12, KDE, loving it. Very 'Windows 10' like.

It's working great! I did 500 pcs of 38 spl brass with it today. Trimmed, chamfered, debured and cleaned the primer pockets. It's been a busy day. lol

The 3d printed parts should last as long as any factory mold injected part. I printed them very heavy duty. If the 3D printed parts break(and thats a big if) I can simply reprint it. The only part I am not sure of is the motor... but again it should last as long as any factory motor... it is a lot more powerful then what is really needed...overkill. Thanks for stopping by!
