3D Printed Jacquard Machine - Open Sauce 2024

I met this booth where they had 3D printed a Jacquard Machine that is fed by punch cards in order to program what it does. This was really interesting technology. Thanks for sharing with us. I didn't get their name or socials unfortunately.
What is a Jacquard Machine?
A Jacquard machine is a device that's attached to a loom to make it easier to weave complex fabrics with patterns like damask, brocade, and matelassé. The machine was invented by Joseph-Marie Jacquard, a French weaver and merchant, and patented in 1804. It uses binary code to control the loom's warp yarns and automatically weave intricate patterns.
