3d printed siren mini thunderbolt

alot of people have been asking about the mini thunderbolt so I thought I'd finally do a video on it as it's been long overdue. it will hopefully be available for purchase soon once all the bugs are finally worked out.

Something I noticed when I made my 3D printed siren and blower is that you need a very powerful chopper motor to "keep up" with the airflow the blower provides

Yup I try making my sirens as small as I feasibly can, I think it's cool trying to make the smallest possible model rather than the largest.

Because the motors brushes have been worn out and dead so no wind up or the sirens not made so it needs a universal motor

I've been really busy with work for awhile so I haven't had much time to work on it so I'm not sure when it will finally be available. I plan on having all the rotors included when someone buys the siren and both front grills and screens will be included so that the person buying it can essentially make any version of the thunderbolt that they want with the exception of the 1003. I'm also planning on making a non functional version that will be much cheaper. The final version will also have a speed controller so you can set the chopper level to whatever you want.

This particular prototype was made out of PLA but the final product is always PETG for the stuff I make

Yeah the whole thing will be included when they're all ready, meaning the blower box, the head, as well as the controls to operate it, and the power brick. When you receive them they will come with all three different rotors as well as both types of front grill, pretty soon after this prototype is finalized I'm going to work on making a rounded rotator box and blower cover so that it looks like the early prototype models of the thunderbolt
