3D printed mini 500DHTT siren

Cringey title aside, I’m finally back! A lot has been going on in my usual day to day but it real does feel good to finally show off one of my most recent projects, soon enough there will be a video on rotor design as part of my siren 101 video series, but I thank everyone for being so patient and understanding with how busy my day gets. Awesome video! I do like the Perfect 5th sound the DHTT makes. I have a solution for a motor, I recommended a MABUCHI RS-385PH-17120, it is a weighty heavy duty dual shaft motor with lots of torque & on my 5/6 siren even at 21 to 23 volts to get to 7,000 rpm the most it gets is warm. For 3,500 rpm it should run very cool around around 10 to 11 volts.

Most likely not. But My guess is that it's a Thunderbolt rotator mechanism inside of a taller housing

You should make the siren Tower

You'll take 3 pieces of ½" EMT conduit, and bundle them together. Cut bundle to length, and you'll have Calhan's specific stand design. Their stand is actually 3x 6" structural pipe welded in a triangular bundle, with a top plate, and a baseplate with gusset plate reinforced sides, going to several ¾" bolts into a site made foundation going down several feet into the ground.
