3D printer heater bed connection melts down

The bed heater connection to my control board melted down last week. I've been meaning to upgrade to a 24 V power supply for quite some time. That would help lessen the current through the board and prevent this from happening. I show the melted connection and talk about the process.

2 years later but, flux is key to using solder wick.
