hi ser, hope you're doing fine. I find your videos really great basically because I'm currently working on the same process so thank you very much for these amazing videos. I have a question if you would like to answer please, I'm currently working on my intern project with creaform handy scan and some 3D printing technologies so I have a project in which I have to take an existing product basically reverse engineer it to create a new product that solves some frustration in the original product and 3d printed it and test it. can you please propose to me some products related to mechanical engineering that I can start with and work on ? Thank you in advanced

If you need a full CAD system that has the ability to do reverse engineering I would recommend SpaceClaim.

@@EMS3D thank you very much for your answer, I meant a specific product that has a room for improvement that i can work on and apply the process of reverse engineering… redesigning it, not a program, I’m currently working with VX model and geomagic design X and solideworks . Do you have any experience with Power Surfacing RE?

Yes. Power Surfacing RE is a surface modeling system. These examples are modeled using sketch driven solid modeling software which is more suitable for mechanical parts. Surface modeling is better for organic parts.
