It will take someone of fairly high modelling skill to work this software well with complex parts - the transferring to an target CAD application surely also means actually knowing how to model logically - but at least you have the finished part to go from to establish sensible / logical primary datum features etc.

Yes agree. As mentioned in the video is you are doing more complex parts Design X Plus or Pro would be a better fit.
