One silly Question, what is representing the cylindrical shape that is started from the exit face of the nozzle?

I think he's trying to simulate the environment with that cylinder. Otherwise, the software would only show you the fluid inside the nozzle, not after it.

это особенность сверзвукового потока, если скорость меньше скорости звука при сужении потока скорость растет, давление будет падать. Когда скорость превышает 1 М (supersonic) происходит наоборот, при расширении потока скорость увеличиться и также уменьшится давление. Данное сопло Лаваля это и делает. на входе имеем скорость М 1
