How Does This Work?
This is one not to try at home.
The Coke Zero & Mentos Rocket Car uses a piston mechanism: a six-foot long rod sits inside a six-foot long tube attached to each bottle of Coke Zero. When the Mentos drop into the soda, the pressure tries to push the rod out of the tube. With 108 rods all pushing at once, that gives us a lot of power.
All that power is pushing against a wall braced with 3,600 pounds of cement blocks. So all the force is directed into moving the Coke Zero & Mentos Rocket Car forward. We get one big push for six feet, and then it's all coasting from there.

KZbin enabled 3D almost a year ago. Modern 3D footage is shot in stereoscopic view with normal cameras, and can then be viewed in whatever way possible. Most people don't have 3D tvs or computer screens, so the next best thing is using the Anaglyph glasses that many people have lying around from the last generation of 3D video. It also offers other viewing types that are more accurate, but require more than 10 cent glasses.

Have you considered using a squirrel cage turbine/belt drive setup and staging the bottles in series?? It would seem to me that there is too much wasted thrust in a straight rocket configuration.

That was fun. I'm a little surprised, though, that the 3-D seems to be done in realtime instead of being uploaded already processed. With software-based Flash rendering, I can't play this at 720p...

If you don't have 3d classes, you can cross your eyes and focus on the image in the middle. Although I haven't tried this on a computer screen, it works on my iPod.

You don't need 3d glasses to see it in 3d. You just need to cross your eyes unroll the two pictures is layered one on top of the other. Something like that.

It shows both frames side by sude in HTML 5, the 3D option is not there, so there is no way to change it to RED+BLUE for the glasses to work :(

Mostly excellent use of 3-D but the views are reversed. Even then some things are reversed. Is this some kind of glitch in You Tube´s otherwise exellent 3-D viewing capability. My channel has 3-D videos that use "standard" anaglyph red cyan order and i myself edited the 3-D in pre processing. There are some different anaglyph glasses that confuses watchers. My videos are quite crappy quality but the content is the king. Everybody should try original 3-D content.
