I am going to make this, but I think i am going to use a Styrofoam cone spray painted green, use transparent beads, so they pick up the light, and use two stars back to back on the top. Thank you for teaching how do make this.❤ Now, if i can figure out how to make it in different sizes, i will have a mini forest of cute Christmas trees! 😁😁😁😁

They do make Styrofoam cones in green. I found a white one about 6 inches tall at the Dollar Tree.

@allisonvonblon5219 The only green ones I have ever seen, were huge ones, and didn't come from Dollar tree. The one here only has white ones. I have never seen green ones in the Wal-Mart here either.

I would definitely use green card or something stronger for the base. And if I could figure out a way to stitch all the greenery together once in place then it could be taken off and cleaned. Very good idea though.

With that same way that was done with green, could probably be done with pink white or yellow and make pretty flowers as well and use the green as leaves underneath the flower or maybe a rose the ruffle looking part of the green she made looks like leaves so I think it would work too when rolled up. I just would not want to use a glue gun to stick them together but get a thinner yarn or better still, thread in a close color to blend in and sew it in place maybe throw in a bead in the middle because that's what all of the videos do, they always put a pearl of some other color bead in the middle and call it a day. Sarcasm aside, the Xmas tree is a good idea and looks easy to make but the star was rushed in the video and I couldn't really tell how to start it of finished it since the video was sped up or the person making it was going to fast for watching and learning how for someone to try and attempt to make it that's a beginner. I wished it was slowed down so I could see, but very pretty Christmas tree they would be very cute to put on the dinner table when having a Christmas dinner for the family and friends and have them go all the way down the table in the middle with a red or white table runner, maybe make one of those as well with the three traditional colors red green and white maybe find some yarn in those colors with some shimmering thread in it as well like gold or silver kind of like tinsel or maybe spray on some very fine glitter the very fine glitter that's put in makeup or put in resin. I'm also wondering if the same way that was made in the video would make a wreath as well just roll up or go buy some bangles in the kids toy aisle plastic ones kids jewelry and stitch it to that and have a pretty wreath you could wear as a brooch.
