When one can track the footage and make accurate geo from zero data(the video you've already made), then why one should follow this lengthy method to create accurate geometry? I don't actually get why and when one should use this method, can anyone please clear my doubts? @vfxtutor any help sir?

is there any reason to not manually track the points and then create a mesh instead you did it frame by frame

this is reference frame modelling, its making geo from onset data reference, so it wouldn't be from footage, just some reference images :)
