It's nothing but an expensive noise machine. It doesn't make power due to high IATs not being addressed properly.

You should put a long arm kit under the jeep, or at least look into it. I did one on my 2000 Tj when i had it. It was a PA jeep and the rear control arm mounts rotted off so I patched the holes and long armed it. Make it way more capable and got rid of the problem areas where a lot of those jeeps seem to rot from the mud and salt. Just a thought, keep up the content! I've been an avid watcher for a few years now and love the videos.

@3DMachines while you're at it, it might want to strip the jeep the rest of the down to bare frame, sand blast it and spray it with bed liner and do the same thing to the jeep body as well.

exactly. i would like to turn my truck into a prerunner with a camper shell so i can put a bed to sleep in, in the back of the truck with a matching long truck bed trailer and do everything to the trailer that i do to the truck. but i'd do the whole truck and trailer inside and out in bed liner.

Won't need it for low boost. But for more boost, apparently you need to piggy back or trick it, as there aren't any aftermarket ecu's that I'm aware of.

If the objective was the simply make the keep faster, mission done. And fairly reliably. Tuning it might not be possible - If it is it’ll be very expensive and more complications means more issues.

You should Rhino line the whole thing I seen trucks done that way and they look really cool if you can't tell when it gets scratched and it'll help as a rust barrier

After my cousin cleaned up his fiberglass body on his CJ-5, instead of painting it, he had the entire tub Line-Xed inside and out and under the tub. They can match the color of your jeep and they warranty their work. I refuse to have anything rhino lined after they screwed me. 5 years ago I had my dirtymax dually's bed done in rhino lining. 1 year later, a big chunk peeled off. I went back to rhino lining to have them fix it under their warranty, and they would not warranty me. Even when the installer admitted that they did not prep the bed properly before spraying it, they still wouldn't. So I made an insurance claim and went out and purchased a new bed, had it Line-Xed in the color that matched my truck perfectly. Rhino liner had to pay for my bed and the Line-X after I took them to court. To date, the Line-X looks just as good as it did when I first got it done I haven't had one issue.

You need to redo the oil return on the pan it's gravity fed and you got it facing down it will fill with oil

IMO bad spot for intercooler. I have a 99 jeep wrangler 2.5l and I placed mine up front in front of radiator with cooling fan.
