Checking how the RTX 4090 performs in 3DMark's new rasterization only benchmark Steel Nomad using 4K resolution. Recorded with Shadowplay, which results in a 5 FPS loss.

The results below are without recording & no overlay, while also using the Vulkan API. Can't use it while recording, the overlay stops the benchmark. The sound is a bit muffled during the first benchmark, apparently it's using copyrighted music so I had to mute it with KZbin's tools, which makes it a bit of a mess. Amazing score! Mine was a bit lower😅btw idk too much abt benchmarking but I saw you always show so many CPU cores so what are they really indicating in general?

The cores are simply there to show the CPU usage per core. Some games have issues and use 1 core at 100% which causes stuttering etc. Easy to spot it this way, plus you can tell how the game is running overall, if all of the CPU cores are being utilized properly. How well the game is spreading the load across all of them. 8 P cores and 16 E cores = the 24 cores that the 13900K has. How was your score?
