砂煲飯個人推ABC bricks hawker centre 的， 我吃過最好吃的，而且很出名，那個hawker centre 也有好吃的甜品還有小籠包👍

Alison 我吃完了那个卤鸭饭，觉得那个鸭肉味道是可以的，只是偏硬一点，但是饭有点粘粘的口感而且甜甜的，觉得蛮上瘾的!我到觉得食材和酱料甜甜的味道蛮吸引我的。主要是材料，饭，辣椒和卤酱的综合很好，所以综合起来还蛮不错的!汤其实也很有魅力的，鲜甜有戴一点咸菜的咸酸味

郑重推荐到勿洛的两个熟食中心。公车转换站的以及凤山区靠近勿洛警署的那座。那边太多本地美食，无法一一介绍。不满足的话，请移驾到佛牙寺斜对面的麦士威熟食中心。那边的老店福建肉骨茶，五香灌肠，鸡饭，薄饼，啰杂，木薯糕，海南咖哩饭，等等等。吃多了请多运动。😜

Chinese garden yuhua hawker的四美槟城炒粿条，还有那个hawker里面也有很多很好吃很排队的美食。比如说肉骨茶，萝卜糕，菜板等等。。。

应该去吃 85 Redhill Hawker Centre 的 Seng Heng 福建卤鸭。卖到早上9点就卖完了。他们的干的鸭粿条面👍再配上他们的药材汤，然后他们的鸭饭也很👍！

新加坡没有好吃的砂锅饭，因为没有蜡鸭。所以在家自己煮。买两条蜡肠，一点蜡肉or润肠，一只或两只鸭腿。在饭滚了，水起泡时，就好放进所有的料，继续煮。准备酱清和少许黑酱油，加糖和少许熱水。饭熟后，淋上汁。香到晕。全家都闻到香气。这才是港式煲仔饭。

肉骨茶，你要去 “亚华肉骨茶”，就对了。新加坡式的是胡椒味（这是潮州式）。马国的是药材味！

其實滷鴨飯有分福建式或潮州式。你吃的這家算是福建式。潮州式的滷汁比较水。

这是以前潮州人一般早午饭多是吃粥，粥也比较有粥水那一类的，当吃不完时过了一段时间粥水都被米吸收了，就形成了比较糊狀，为了不要让费就加些蛋，肉片或海鲜之类一起和冷粥炒香，

You can try Hong Ji Ba Ku Teh located at Marsiling Lane..its more herbal compared to the peppery ones that are more commonly abailable in Spore

Hi Ali eat! 想介绍你 food from north side 1. 炎记海鲜汤 at Marsiling mall, not those typical clear seafood soup. Some might prefer lighter taste but watching few of your video, i think the savoury thick flavored broth think might suit your tastebud. 2. Rosti @ Ivan's Carbina western food at 354A Wdl Ave 5 - Quick fix for people that crave for good o' rosti with a budget.

I’ve heard a lot about this duck rice stall at Geylang , but never once really thought of going there for a try . Now after watching this episode , it literally build up my craving for a duck feasting , gonna try it within this week . Btw is this the same Coffeeshop that sell ‘Zhi Cha ‘ in the evening , but the ‘atas’ type . Heard they serve really tasty crab bee-hoon as well as other seafood , they also serves wine or other alcohol. But prepare to burn a hole in the pocket as their food doesn’t come cheap . Yes at night there is zhi char but not by the duck rice operator. Heard they are the coffeeshop owner. Prices are ridiculously high, spent $500++ for a family of 5. But i have to be honest their food is extremely delicious! The crab bee hoon and garlic frog leg with chicken essence. Worth to try if you dont mind paying Jumbo seafood prices at a coffeeshop
