Any tips po sa mga nagpaplanong lumipat pa lang. Big decision din po kc ang tumira mag-isa. Paano nyo po na labanan yung takot na baka looban or pumatay sayo..Yun po kasi biggest fear ko😭😭 Planning to move na din po kc and gusto ko mag growth. Hi, that's true big decision nga ang maging independent at tumira mag-isa and kailangan lakas ng loob to handle situations alone pero maganda rin na sinusuportahan ka ng family or loved ones mo. First, safety and security, dapat priorities mo yan kapag nag hahanap ng tirahan. Cguraduhin na tinignan mo ng mabuti yung irrent mong room or apartment. Kilananin mo din ng mabuti yung may-ari/landlord/landlady. Mag background check ka sa kanila kahit Facebook lng. Alamin mo din yng mga daanan and observe ka sa lugar ng titirhan mo. Dapat accessible sa mga kailangan mo palagi and mga bilihan. Kapag nakalipat ka na, maging friendly pero wag masyado. Tama lng para makilala mo din yng mga kapitbahay mo. Wag din masyado mag share ng importanteng bagay about sayo, tama lng na kwento pero wag detailed talaga lalo na tungkol sa pera, trabaho o kaya kamag anak. Wag mo din ishare na baguhan ka talaga at first time mung titira mag isa. Inspection ka din sa kwarto/apartment na titirhan mo cguraduhin mo na walang nakakapag takang butas, hidden camera o secret passage. Lagi din idouble lock mga pintuan at bintana kapag matutulog na. Magandang way yun to show na you are happy sa decision mo and inuupdate mo pa din sila para di sila mag tampo at malaman na okay ka at safe.

Hi, that's great knowing you study medicine here in the Philippines. My recommendation is renting a condo unit co-sharing with the owners. Usually these are condo units with 2 bedrooms. This should be convenient for you especially if the condominium is near your university. Most condominiums are near the stores and restaurants which is strategic for you if you're working/studying and you hate commute travelling. I don't know any place specifically but you may join FB groups with Condo Unit Rentals in the Philippines group names. That should give you access to your options. Hope this helps!
