I remember finding the episode pretty funny in execution, even if it was a premise I don’t usually jell with. Humor is subjective I guess. Besides I think Carl kinda pays for it throughout the episode with how much he was crapping himself & nearly getting clobbered.

Dr. Moist made an early appearance in The Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 2. Carl Wheezer, Boy Genius is a funny episode. It's the classic role reversal. Who would have thought Carl would be the fist one to get a girlfriend? I remember the music used in the chase sequence in Who Framed Jimmy Neutron being used in the Attack of the Twonkies video game.

You know, a lot of people will disagree, but narratively speaking, "Flippy" has to come after "El Magnifico". I don't want to spoil anything, but Sheens appreciation for his dad's job is at the heart of both. And also, narratively speaking, this is supposed to be the last episode that came before Jimmy and Cindy were stranded on the island. Of course, the wiki's will never agree to that.

Who Framed Jimmy has Cindy at her absolute worst and is the primary reason I dislike her, above all the other things I have said about her in previous episodes where she is hypocritical or just bad, here she doesn't even have an excuse for what she does. While I can give credit to some episodes when they do her right (Like the most recent example being One of Us) here she is awful. Firstly, that scene where she cheers because Jimmy gets arrested for a crime he didn't commit, she just cared that she would be the smartest person in Retroville over the fact her supposed love interest got arrested and framed. Had Cindy done it as a way where it was a facade I could see it, but then when Jimmy, Carl and Sheen go to her house so Jimmy can prove his innocence she is willing to turn him in simply to get the prize money, this is the season where the "love" element of their relationship is supposed to be more apparent, yet you have episodes like this, Vanishing Act, The Incredible Shrinking Town, The N Men, The Tomorrow Boys, Jimmy Goes to College and a future episode King of Mars where she is arguably worse than she was in the previous two seasons. And she was pretty bad in episodes like Out Darn, Spotlight, The Science Fair Affair and the Love potion episode, but here it really makes it more apparent that she cares more about her ego with Jimmy over actually liking him, its why I dislike Stranded. As for Carl Wheezer Boy Genius, yeah, it's one of the worst episodes and it has Carl at his worst. While I can understand holding some resentment toward Jimmy in regard to Jimmy using him as a guinea pig for his experiments, how Carl treats Jimmy at times is even worse than how Jimmy treats him. Because at least Jimmy has bothered to do some nice things for Carl too. Jimmy can be reckless when it comes to using Carl on his inventions, but Carl is straight up verbally abusive and condescending. I would've liked this more if it was an episode about addressing his resentment instead of treating Jimmy like garbage over a girl and actively almost getting everyone killed because he is tampering with things he has no idea what he's doing with, which turned out to be completely pointless due to the fact she was hiding something as well. I hate endings like this because it makes Jimmy's treatment more annoying than it was likely intended to be. It also doesn't help Carl's case of his creepy obsession with Jimmy's mom.

I wish Jimmy and Sheen expose the truth to Carl's girlfriend as i wish Sheen explained everything to Cindy and Libby so Cindy and Libby smack Carl for put everybody in danger. What a big jerk of Carl kick Jimmy out of Jimmy's own hideout.
