The version of Deadpool that Deadpool killed when he went back in time was from a Wolverine movie called X-Men Origins Wolverine I think. Logan aka Wolverine didn't die in that movie. (He dies in the movie Logan) Deadpool killed that version of Deadpool because it wasn't accurate compared to the comics or even the Deadpool movies and was always ridiculed by fans.

FYI: Deadpool is canonically pansexual [attracted to anyone, regardless of anatomy/gender expression]. 56:19 In the comics, he's taken a run at everyone from Wolverine, to Rogue, to Spider-Man, with even a few notable villains also appearing on his [other] hit list, and of course Lady Death. She was also being courted by Thanos [this was his comic book motivation for the snap] at the same time. But she preferred our boy Wade, so Thanos actually cursed Deadpool to be immortal so that he could never be with her. They hinted at DP being pan in a few different spots in the first movie --*Ex:* pre-mutation Wade flirting with the stalker kid he threatens in the first flashback; cartoon Deadpool during the credits getting a massive erection and exclaiming "HE'S THE HOTTEST!!" when the name of actor Ed Skrein [Francis/Ajax] is displayed, etc-- but nothing as overt as Wade blatantly sexually propositioning Colossus and attempting to blow him, as depicted here. I'd suggest getting used to the idea, either way.. Rumours have been swirling for years that DP might have a same-sex relationship [or at least a same-sex kissing or even sex scene] in 3, as Reynolds has stated in promotional interviews that it's important to him to clearly portray that particular aspect of the character. The fact Marvel Studios has been consistent in messaging that Deadpool will share the R rating of the previous two films keeps the full extent of this possibility alive. *edit: a word
