....aunt has been eating rosti.pronounced Ross tee...since late 90s at March'e...original one worth sour cream or avocado dip accompaniment with salmon or sausage...it's really nice even if it's vegetarian..aunt wants to go down to March'e...maybe will go down to Wado...where is this outlet...aunt haven't finalish watching you

Zermatt please request them go 1 notch higher. PREMIUM Rosti + wagyu. Rosti + lobster+ ebi fry. Rosti + cod fish is not weird la. Btw, some cheesecake do add sour cream, so not surprise if rosti cheese goes well with sour cream. Rosti looks like korean pancake though. The seafood rosti, why the fish looks a lil dry ah??? 😅 P/s: What happen to your FLIP??? You like the S23 Ultra???

Zermatt what happens if the store you selected for GASTRO (based off your expereience when you dine there), is inconsistent? You enjoyed the quality of food there, but if you visit the google reviews for the place after your video release, people complained of the quality of the food as well as wait time. Perhaps it might be better to drop by your shortlisted stores without notifying them in advance during their off peak hour to do a better non bias review of food. Just letting you know what’s up, not a hater, just a concerned fan 🙌🏼

Yeah gotcha on that. That's what we typically do actually - go there unannounced and during their off peak hours during our initial visit. My team will popby once b4 we shortlist them actually but there will also be occasions where I shortlist a vendor on the spot. We're still trying to fine-tune the process since it's our first year doing it and feedback from you guys actually helps a bunch

Would you go eat prata in a restaurant where they serve, prata bratwurst, prata salmon steak, prata tiger prawn, prata chicken teriyaki? There is nothing special about their protein dishes. You can get them in any average restaurant. Rosti, like prata is but a delicious carb dish. To make open a restaurant and dress up the carbs with expensive protein components is just a wrong business concept.
