+Zach Hecita "I Burn" isn't coming for a while. Quite literally the reason I haven't finished it (and trust me, not much is done) is because I'm having difficulties making it exciting. I know it's the only theme missing from the RWBY team, and it's really weird that's left out. I do work on it every now and then, but I don't really talk about it unless I'm asked about it. I can promise that it will be out during this RWBY season, though.

I felt that this season's opening theme was a little weak. Not that it wasn't solid, but more that it didn't really comport with the established "sound" of the previous seasons. My problem with the theme is the abruptness of the opening; there's no buildup, and it just cuts in like it was sampled from the song halfway through. I do listen to metal, so it wasn't totally atonal to me. That said, I much prefer this arrangement; if only because it replaces the screaming vocals with piano at the opening bars.
