Sucks to see 3M involved as they were a company I respected. These are the new pretrial solution. And everyone is making $$ including these judges. In my arraignment 7 out of 10 were placed on these and in most cases (like mine) the monitor isn't even necessary. Imagine trying to live your life in which you are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty but there is a financial incentive like never before to just control you and basically harvest you like a resource. I've been on this monitor for a month and a half with no court date. I am basically serving time as an innocent person. America imprisons more of its citizens than any country in the World and its about to get worse.

@@62squad i was on one for a year during Covid that was even worse than this one. It was HUGE. But a lot of things about the system where I grew up are messed up. I had to go to my first hearing for this garbage and the guy before me got arrested in court, and j kept wondering how the two older portly bailiffs were going to tackle and beat the guy since he seemed pretty tough. Then, they politely brought dude to the back so as not to make a scene. I was blown away.

America system is based on securities & bonds for there's no real money only debt notes (House Jojnt Resolution 192). I to am in the same predicament. This system sets us to fail. We are their money. So the more we're locked up the more they can use our social # in the stock market for gain. Once I'm done they'll be sued for fraud. The thing is never to give up ur rights in front of a judge for they're acting lawyers also. Consent to nothing as well sign it.

I guess you could get sent to prison instead, right? If you're a criminal then you get punished. That you don't like the punishment is kinda'the point. Maybe it's too lenient and you shouldn't have an ankle bracelet option? Go ahead and propose an alternative that's better than "goes to jail for your crimes"
