Hey Chris: How are you today? K. Here we go. K defines the exercise of the legs aerodynamically, much different then walking, running, biking, and so on. What is the K? It means to lift the legs up and down and swing them around. We do this lying down or up. I liked the gym rack myself. Our legs like to dance in control on the spring board.

never made it off the 5 metre with a clean backward pike. I loved to jump on the board though. I think we can make diving an interamerican sport to be recockend with. Cliff diving requires the most safe cliff.
