Man, I love the way KyleAye builds his teams. He comes up with stuff that people rarely see and it makes for battles that are super entertaining. I remember during Sun & Moon days when he brought a max speed, substitute, porygon 2 against aDrive. Completely unexpected and it worked so well.

Now that I think of it, that was a FIRE play at the start by your opponent. No reasonable person would have thought that was Rillaboom if they were good enough to realize the lack of Grassy Terrain, and your opponent for sure knew you would notice and figure it was Zoroark. A very strong trap that definitely put them ahead, which is huge in a tournament format.

Just want to mention to be careful with draining kiss emvee, that bellibolt was static and you clicking draining kiss had my heart racing because of para. Amazing game regardless, you started off on the backfoot caught offguard by overgrow rillaboom (likely overgrow because giving bloodmoon grassy terrain is scary in general) and managed some great plays, awesome video as alaways!

Wow what a game. Stray thoughts (spoilers): I can't wait to see all the different roles weezing-g can play this season. All three abilities are super viable. Love the goodra-h set. Can't say i've seen a set like that on either goodra, good example of why i love the draft format. Emvee vs Kyle, always set up to be a crazy matchup Really surprised mew didn't come. That rillaboom set was FIRE, I so would have gotten goodra blown back on that focus punch (again, great set. I haven't seen sub punch in ages). baxcallibear is great nickname. lol naming sneasler big nugget. The discharges had me super nervous. You made so many good calls against that beartic. What a scary bear. The foresight of burning the gligar turned out to be huge. The double towards the end by kyle brought him back into the game. Game of the week for sure, good to start off with a win!

The sub turn 1 put him in range of overgrow after your hit, which made him strong enough to 2HKO thundurus (grassy surge boost would've been weaker). That then baited in g-weezing to get hit with boomburst, which *almost* baited in h-goodra on the focus punch. It's like he had the whole battle mapped out from the beginning. Anytime you were saying a mon couldn't hurt you I just yelling at the screen "never assume that! not when it's kyle!"

Very niche and didn’t end up mattering, but with Bellibolt, when it’s attacked, Electromorphosis has an in-battle ability prompt, and there wasn’t one, so you know it’s static. Aka you risk static para by going for draining kiss. I know Beartic outsped regardless but worth pointing out imo
