Bought it at garage sale (Facebook marketplace). You can buy it at HoboFreight. But I recommend the bigger transmission jack that’s colored gray. If you can flex the funds.

Did you have to dran any fluid?

Yes. Transmission fluid was drained for removal of transmission. Engine oil was drained for the rear main seal replacement.

Do you have to drain the transmission fluid by truck has 348k on it not sure last time fluid been changed bought it around 300k now flexplate cracked any advice? Thank you

Yes, there are 2 fluid hardlines that connect to the transmission on the right side in front of the serial number plate 14:50. It will leak a little after draining from the hardline connection. I reused my fluid due to it being very clean. Like cranberry juice.

@@jeffreymaupin4245 OEM and brand new flexplate. I recommend you do the same, regardless of price.
