most gen1 tacoma have that center support bearing two piece prop shaft

I took mine to a shop and they replaced the u-joint for $100. I think it’s the best option to do.

3rd generation 4runner don't have center support bearings that I know off. It's only found in the long bed pick up trucks. Either way, it's not a hard job.

I have a 2001 Tacoma, all of my u joints are tight, but the rubber bushing/bearing support is very worn, so I better install a new bearing/carrier support. thanks-@@wrenchingonthespectrum

The only tricky part of doing the support bearing is the big nut ( about the size of an axle nut) that holds the bearing onto the drive shaft. That nut normally needs an impact gun to get off so that you arnt fighting the drive shaft from spinning. I believe it's bolted to the rear driveshaft. I could be mistaken

question, is this the reason why mine vibrates going on highway and under 15 mph?

I can't say for certain but a vibration at that low of a speed is most likely wheel bearing or tire being out of round. Ujoint vibration is normally felt on hard acceleration or around 50mph
