😮the schooling system needs to ensure students are channeled into the right direction, Arts, Sciences, Academia and the Trades and this should start at start of High School. Many Students are going into the wrongs Careers because the goal is Academia. I hope BELA Act also looks into this.

I agree with you 100%. I read lots of curriculum documents and concluded that our school system is actually okay. But the availability of the full range of subjects (or streams) is the biggest problems. How many of our schools have access to high school subjects like Engineering Graphics and Design, or Performing arts, or Music? Not every child has to do Physical science and biology. That I find to be the biggest problem.
