The window on the B/C bridge deck should be there. Don't Dremel it off if you want accuracy. I have seen the CGI model outside the context of the show, and it's definitely there. You can see it reflecting the drydock lights here... i.imgur.com/g3YYZeY.jpg

@@allscaletrek I remember reading or hearing about how that front large window would change its opacity and that is why it is there sometimes. I don't remember if that was production or fan information though.

An alternative to the clear nacelle end cap issue is to apply Tamiya blue masking liquid with a cone tipped silicon brush to each of the dots and then paint as usual. After it dries, the masking liquid is easily removed. It's a heck of a lot easier, faster, and cleaner than scraping out each dot.

I've used his templates to do the generic hull template. It took a bit to figure out the best way to move from the base coat to the final top coat. I found it easier to use them vertically, and work in small sections. I cut out a rectangle from a 8.5x11 and tape the mask in it, which helped me in handling the section.

Have you ever thought about doing a series on the gaming miniatures by Amarillo design bureau and game science for Star Trek and have you ever repainted any of the Wizkid Star Trek attack wing miniatures?
