Maryammm k There’s no right or wrong spelling of a name. Maryam is of arabic origin so the original spelling in arabic is just one way but translated to this alphabet there are multiple ways to spell it and multiple versions may all be correct. the ي can be translated to y or i so Maryam and Mariam are pronounced the same. just to give you another example with the name صفية, the arabic spelling is clear but the latin spelling could be Safia, Safeeya, Safiyyah, Safiye etc. and they are all pronounced the same.

Love this. Excited for you. I'm sure you already know about this type of thing but my impatient self had my membranes stripped at my last 3 appointments before baby and all it did was give me horrible inconsistent contractions for hours on end for days and I still needed to be induced. Apparently that is kind of common. Also, my daughter looks just like her dad. That is all anyone ever says.
