I was eating dates when i was in pre labor and when i went to the hospital i gave birth after ten hours was in active labor for 23 minutes and gave birth naturally .....the whole hospital staff were in awe....i was advised about the dates and they are extremely affective especially if your trying to go into labor naturally ... i also got to say during my pregnancy i was very busy Active and walked a lot, hope this helps anyone with anxiety about giving birth 🤰🏻

I did everything to go into labor lol, the dates, primrose oil, pineapple, walking, intimacy, spicy food and labor ball 😭still had to be induced because baby was stubborn LOL🤣

Recyclable packaging doesn't mean it's the most (or "super" like you said) sustainable . Plastic can only be recycled 3to 4 times max until it ends up in landfills or the ocean. The most sustainable packaging is the minimum or the reusable one preferably glass or paper ( and yes they're not adequate for every kind of products , but I'll make a huge difference if used whenever possible). Absolutely no hate to leena, but that specific claim is honestly and simply misleading . Wish you and the baby all the best ❤❤.

That’s really nice that you were able to celebrate with family. I planned to have a baby shower in March but due to the lockdown and for everyone’s safety we had to cancel . I was sad I wasn’t able to have a shower for my first but at the end of the day everyone’s safety was far more important. Plus having a healthy baby was more important to me than anything. I also agree with having pictures without your hijab. Since I wasn’t able to celebrate I took my own maternity photos, straightened my hair and wore the dress I planned to wear to the shower. I’m really excited for you and I cannot wait to meet your baby girl . I also love the fact that we had our babies the same year. Wish we can be mom friends lol ! Also wanted to mention when I was 37 weeks my doctor told me my baby was not head down but sabhanAllah by next week she confirmed that baby was head down. So try to not to stress too much. Anyway, praying for a smooth delivery and safe arrival of your baby girl InshaAllah. Please enjoy the newborn stage . It will be filled with happy tears ,and a a bunch of love. I already miss when my daughter was so little . She is 3 months now. 🥰

Hi! The website called spinning babies really helped me when I was trying to get baby in position. They have a lot of great exercises and activities to do to help baby get head down. I did a lot of “cat-cows” and “forward leaning inversions” Lol. Insha’Allah this works for you! 💕
