How do you take an old song and make it better? Well, that right there is how you do it! These guys are incredible, and even better live. Have always loved this song and this is perfection.

BTW, It is Kansas. Just another reincarnation of the band with 3 of the original members. Ronnie Platt is as close as Steve Walsh as it comes.

This is an interesting comment since I also enjoy a band with its classic line up. Not necessarily its original line up, but the line up that produced their most memorable songs. This is becoming increasingly difficult with some bands whose members are turning 70 and older. But what's interesting was an interview I heard by the manager of the Little River Band that now has no original members. The manager is embroiled in a lega battle with some of the original members that have reunited and would like to tour using some form of the name the Little River Band. Apparently they have no legal right to it any more. As he explained it, a band name is a product like Coca Cola, Chevrolet, Marlboro, or whatever. Just because those who created are no longer a part of it, the product still exists. People don't stop drinking Coca Cola just because those who created it are no longer a part of the company. And the creators can't come back years later and say "I want my product back" Granted, the creators of Coca Cola are dead now, but I certainly appreciate the perspective.

"His numbers are not the way". To have the lead singner feign rolling dice indicates a fundamental misunderstanding of this song about Einstein.

Also, although not an original member...bassist Billy Greer has been with the band now for over 30 years.

Billy Greer will unfortunately always be called a "new guy" by most because he wasn't original, or at least part of the hit 70's albums, and that's just wrong. Bill Champlin of Chicago had the same problem --- not only was he with them for almost 30 years, he played on all of their hit 80's albums & was one of the lead singers & was a respected session singer & songwriter long before he even joined Chicago, yet the RRHOF didn't include him even though the 80's albums are what got them a large portion of their current audience.

He knew more than me and you! Nobody could see his view! Where was he going to? India!!!! That's right folks! He studied with the Brahmin monks in the temples of India! And now after his crucifixion! You Rose up and went to South India and had a family and there's a place Temple! Where yahshua was entombed! You don't cremate a saint!!!!!! Saints should be entombed like Jesus in South India! But I think his teachings have been lost! First off by the council!we didn't even have written knowledge of jesus's writings until 300 years after his apostles died? How much do we get from the Dead Sea scrolls? Please anybody the Dead Sea scrolls! That's where I'm heading let me know? Namaste Hari Krishna!

Steve's voice was shot, so he did the right thing and retired in "12. Ronnie Platt is doing a great job with these old classic songs. Billy Greer has been with them since the eighties and does a good job on Robbie's vocal parts, plus he a great bassist. David Ragsdale is every bit as good a violin player as Steinhardt. Phil and Rich are tight as ever, so give them a chance, this lineup is killing it right now!

Hell, the majority of bands from that era still on the road today are nothing more than cover bands. Just look at that pile of shit Yes is going through, having two bands on the road. That's far worse than this. Or how about Styx? Only one original member left.
