@davidnovopt The thing that separates these guys from 'most' people is that they actually went for it!! Less "I wish", more "I will"!!! Chase Armitage has been a man to watch for a long, long time, absolute legend. Inspirational.

Have people with you, you need support. Don't let others bring you down, i used to be teased at school cause i liked parkour and freerunning (i have no idea why) but now I am really good. Start small and always stay determined, get motivated.

Thanks again chase and 3run. U inspired me to start parkour with the video free insperation back in 2009 I think it was. But some problems in my life got to big, and that cost me my insperation and passion to go out and train. Today I handeled most of the problems I hade. And now u did it again, showing what movment has given u in life, and inspired me to start doing what I loved to do, again. Thanks again for a great vidoe and a source for insperation :). Gonna headout and train, thanks 3run

Omg! So many easy questions:) the song is Someone (FT. McLean) (The Prototypes remix) and Chase is from Basingstoke and he trains in Capoeria and wing chun and he's been doing parkour and freerunning for like ever now. The only thing that's new to me in this vid is the bar work that he does and damn do I have to say you have gotten hell of good on swinging on bars I wish I could do that:) I can spin 180 and almost 360. Insanely awesome job Chase keep it up!!!

having never done parkour, you can't talk about that respect. just because you've watched better videos doesn't mean he's not good. I've been in parkour and gymnastic gyms for years and know for a fact that what he's doing is damn hard. many people in my gym have been training for years and still can't do this stuff

In the description it says "the latest Free Running / Parkour / Tricking video from Chase Armitage 2011." Can someone please tell me where the freerunning and parkour was in this video (except the like 2 seconds it was on the very end, at around 3:34), all I could see was tricking... I miss the old videos, where there atleast was some movement...

You can start parkour and freerunning at any age you want. If you can move then you can teach your body to move efficiently and aesthetically. Go find some locals that train or a nearby town because the best way to learn is to be taught otherwise just find some walls of different sizes and rails to practice basics like vaulting and rolling
